Just 5 minutes walk from Higashiyama-Fushimi station exit 1,  the modern air-conditioned  private one-on-one training room is conveniently situated in the middle of Nagoya's central Nishiki district.  Equipped with the latest  in standard exercise equipment,  the gym is perfect for those living and working in the area to drop in for a session before or after work and on weekends in the evening.  Daytime sessions are also available depending on availability.  

Many Real Fitness clients take what they have learned at Real Fitness and apply it to their own training at their current gym.   If you currently have a gym membership in the Nagoya area, in some cases it is possible to request Real Fitness classes there,  Aron will guide you on how best to use your current gym to achieve your goals at no additional outcall cost.

I decided to get in shape as a New Years Resolution. To keep my resolution I started training with Aron and learned how to properly use exercise machines, what exercises were best for me, and the sorts of foods I should be eating. 
Getting in shape was difficult at first. My work as a researcher meant I often travelled and had to eat out with associates, where I was pressured to eat and drink unhealthy. It was also hard opting to cook my own dinners after long days, as convenience stores and their ready-to-eat foods were everywhere. I had to learn to become much more self-disciplined and self-assertive. 
However after a while exercise and healthy eating became a habit and a hobby. So far I have lost over 11kg and 12% body fat. I don’t miss junk food and love my new feelings of health and self-confidence.
